CrossFit Vancouver ProgramCrossFit Vancouver presented by Precision Athletics Inc. is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.

The Crossfit specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The goal of the Precision Athletics Crossfit Vancouver program is to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains.

They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. This is achieved by combining Olympic Lifts , body weight resistance training and gymnastics with metabolic conditioning such as running, rowing, jumping and medicine ball drills. The combinations are many and varied, providing endless variety and challenge.

The Crossfit Vancouver program the most intense and comprehensive program offered by Precision Athletics, participation in this program requires previous Crossfit training on the basic movements or 4 half hour one-on-one sessions with one of our Crossfit certified trainers.
