Prospective CrossFit students can try a class for free, but a 4 x 1 hr session CrossFit foundations class must be completed in order to join existing classes. Foundation lessons are $65/hr 1 person or $37.50 pp for two.

Pricing Information

  • Drop-ins $20

Classes are billed at the beginning of each month

Monthly costs is dependent on how many classes you plan to attend per month and number of months you committed to.

(Prices do not include GST)

The programs are for people of all fitness levels.

A full refund (less $10 cancellation fee) is available up to 7 days prior to the start of the session. Refunds are not available less than 7 days prior to the start of the session. No refunds are available for missed sessions.
