Cardio Kickboxing Punch, kick, and block your way to a stronger, leaner body. This cardio kickboxing Vancouver program is an action packed circuit-stationing workout will have you pouring sweat and burning loads of calories.

Our non-contact cardio class uses focus pads and kick shields to develop hand eye coordination, balance, speed and core strength.

We cater to both the beginner and experienced participant, and will teach you the basic kick boxing movements using all eight of the body’s striking methods (fists, legs, elbows, and knees). As participants advance we integrate these movements together for endless combinations to create new challenges and a great workout every time!
